YOUR PROFILE
  • Idealy you have working experience in similar positions, especially administration
  • Autonomous, structured and well organized
  • Good knowledge of Office package (Excell)
  • High ability to deal with facts and figures
  • Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
Das erwartet Sie
YOUR TASKS
  • Administrate the customer contracts for different brands and different countries
  • Check accuracy of Customer Invoices and advice payments
  • Data Management in ERP system SAP/VISTEX
  • Be the first point of contact for the sales force for Rebate management
  • Prepare analysis and evaluations to support the international Sales Department
  • Strong collaboration with internal departments e.g. Controlling/Accounting/Customer Service
